Since the CCW upgrade and migration to Smart Net Total Care, we are seeing limited options for customer wanting to purchase Smart Net...
Examples:
WS-C3850-12XS-E: The only Smart Net options are 3SNT, 3C4P, or 3SNTP. There is no choice for durations between 1-60 months as there were before. There also aren't 5 of the 8 options listed in the data sheet for this migration.
DS-C9148S-12PK9: There are no Smart Net options for this SKU...
Any insight would be great, considering Partner Support brushed me off...

Happened to me the same thing on two occasions
a)When I try to apply all services from the General tab of services and not from "Change Services" or "Select Services" in the options under each product
b)When my managers took me privileges on the platform CCW
