Hi,
I successfully registered for the Smart Net Total Care portal and my access was granted. After waiting the 24 hours, I attempted to log in. However, the page loads and then redirects me to the information page after about 10 seconds.
Could you please assist me with this issue?

The synchronization was completed, please open your Mozilla browser in private mode and access services.cisco.com to check the access.

- What browser are you using?
- SNTC Portal name:
- Company address:
- CR Party Id:
- CCOID/Email who was provided the access:
- Current DA or any other user that has access working fine:

Thank you for your response. I’ve tried accessing the portal using Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla, as well as in an incognito window.
Here are my details for your reference:
I am the first user to register with the SNTC Portal.

It seems you added your full name instead of Account_Company name (SNTC portal name). Based on the CR party ID and address the SNTC portal name should be HUDUMA KENYA SECRETARIAT.

Please confirm if the account name is the correct one and if you followed the guide https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/services/sntc/onboarding_guide.html to create the SNTC portal. If not, please do so.

Hi Maareval,
I confirm that I followed the guide while creating the account and I got the confirmation emails for account creation, Cisco Account Association and nomination to become a PartyDA, access grant as Customer Administrator and other additional access.
I have tried to login again but its loads the page for 10 sec the redirects to information page. check the attached image.
