Hi All
Could you please advise?
We have an issue where we are not seeing serial numbers on any of the customers reports that we get from the SNTC Portal.
We've replaced the registration certificate and reboot the collector but still see the same issue.
Any suggestions will be appreciated

Hey Support Cat,
Ensure you are running a full collection job and not just an upload. Try manually pushing one via 'Management' -> 'Collect Data' -> Choose the profile named 'SNTC'. This will export an upload when collection portion is complete so you don't have to push a separate upload job.
