Smart Net Total Care portal not processing AP's after a collector upgrade (from 2.8.1 to 2.8.1.8)

Ever since we upgraded the Collector, we are unable to see any AP's processed in the Smart Net Total Care portal.

We do see the AP details in the collector when I go to Applications > Data Collection Reports > View Collected Data > and double-clicked on the discovered WLC.

 

Si it because the Collector is not sending this on or is Cisco not processing the AP's correctly?

Is there anyone out there that can provide help with this ongoing issue?

Does any one have a C9800-40-K9 WLC, and SNTC satellite version 2.8.1.8, where the AP's have successfully been listed in the SNTC portal inventory?
