Hi,

when we login to our SNTC portal it does not show any related hardware.

for example stack switches only show the Master switch details.

SNMP is all enabled and injected into our local CSPC.

any ideas?

Make sure that CSPC is collecting all the details on the switch stack and there are no issues with the collection.  SNTC Portal will only show what has been uploaded from the CSPC.  You should be able to see what information have been collected by selecting a device that has multiple switches, then reviewing the last collected information when you right click on it.  You should also be able to see which datasets were successfully run.

For example, if Show Inventory dataset has failed, then you need to look at the reason why this has failed.  That should give an indication to the problem to fix it.  It could be that the collector doesn't have valid credentials so can't run the command to collect the data.

Fix the issue and rerun the collection/upload.  If it is a credential issue you should be able to validate the credential access for the device from those stored within CSPC.
