SmartNet Portal is completely blank. Connection error

I change my password on the CSPC collector this morning. Not sure if it's related however I logged into my SNTC portal and immediately it displays a popup dialog box "Connection Error". Now if I select a category in the left pane, no information is displayed it's completely blank. Nothing under Administration, Inventory, Reports etc. nothing is displaying even under the Default Dashboard. I test the connection from the Collector side and the connection is successful. I new update is available and I'm unable to install it. Error Authentication Failed. Attempt connection to server again.

meantime, please try to check the information by opening a private window on Mozilla Firefox or deleting the cookies and cache.
