SmartNet Purchasing details required

Dear All Cisco Experts, I have multiple cisco devices including switched, IDS, Firewalls and routers. I have purchased these device from different resellers. Now I want to purchase SmartNet services directly from the Cisco because I have raised this query to my reseller and he is not replying for a long. Is there a way that i can directly purchase SmartNet services from Cisco. Please share the possibilities.

Hello Amin, 

Our normal go to market is through our partners and resellers. It is very unusual for a company to have a direct purchasing agreement with Cisco. It would be best to speak to you Cisco account representative.

Thank you for your reply. Can you please confirm me that is it necessary to contact the same reseller for SmartNet services from whom i bought the devices or any of the reseller can provide me this?
