SNTC 2.10 cannot use my CCO login credential

I restored from backup and everything is fine with SNTC 2.10.

CCO login is another story. It keeps failing my CCO login.

Weather using CCO my login id, or email address, fails to authenticate.

Is this normal behaviour?

Hi Ken,

Currently CSPC GUI upgrade has issues at the moment regarding the credentials inputs.

We have logged a bug for this issue and will keep you posted with updates.

CSCwb27702 – LCM Server Upgrade Connectivity Fails

We would recommend you to upgrade the CSPC from CLI through root user as a workaround.
