Dears,
for weeks, the status of my newly created SNTC account is 'Account setup in progress' with the kind advice to check back later, account is available within 24 hours. As I wrote, for several weeks already. That's not what I call 'progress'. What's going on?

I checked your account and found there was an error during the processing. I have corrected your access and you should now be able to login to the SNTC Portal. Please let me know if there are any questions.
