SNTC Collector detects 1078 devices, but the SNTC portal only shows 262

I’ve recently noticed that a new collection has been processed successfully, whereas the older ones seem to be stuck, but the inventory shows only 262 chassis, as opposed with the collector, which has 1078 live nodes discovered. So it appears that there still is a problem, as many devices were not uploaded successfully it seems.

Could you check the collector logs under Reports > Inventory Jobs and see if the last scheduled inventory completed successfully and on what date/time? If anything is still running, then you might have a hung job and will need to restart the collector.
