SNTC Coverage Tranfer is Equipment is exposed to radioactive material

I have a question regarding switches that were recently installed and SmartNET.  The switches are in an area where they are going to be exposed to and contaminated with radiation.  If there was a failure we would not be able to clean it to the point where it could be returned, it would require disposal as radioactive waste.  Are there any SmartNET agreements that would cover these devices and not require that they be returned in the event of a failure?

We are talking about a few WS-C2960X-48FPS-L switches and AIR-AP3802I-B-K9 access points.

This is not perhaps the forum for the issue. But I believe you can find the details you looking for here on the document attached. This this post is for SNTC service and not SNT contracts per se, please contact your Cisco representative to ensure accuracy.
