SNTC is constantly redirecting me to a registration page

When I access SNTC, it redirects me to a page stating that I need to register for access.  I have registered and have the appropriate access rights. If I attempt to register again, I am directed to page that states that I have already registered and that I will be redirected to the SmartNet Total Care Portal.  When I'm redirected, the page redirects me back to the page asking me to register for access.

Please help.

I hope you are doing great.

Thanks for the information provided on private message. I verified and your user has now the correct roles (additional information explained on private message) and you should have no issues with SNTC Portal access anymore. As confirmed on private message you can access now but if you have any issues with SNTC portal access/loading again, recommended to clear cache and cookies and to use Incognito mode.
