SNTC no alerts for cat-OS

Hello.

I perform manual uploads (csv opt.) to SNTC, but noticed that system generates no alerts (PSIRT/Field Notices/...) for devices marked cat-OS as SoftwareType.

CatOS is long past EOL.  What did you include in the CSV upload?

Unfortunately, several devices still exist in the infrastructure and awaits replacement/upgrade process. I guess that recommendation says to remove them from import file?

No. They should work. Can you share the PIDs you are uploading? If you want to share any serial numbers, send to me in a private message.
