Hello SNTC Experts,
Our team just realized that the SNTC collector our company manages is not receiving any "new" Field Notices, PSIRTS, or Software Alerts. We are still getting updates for the older notices that are currently in the tool.
For example, we did not receive any of the September or October PSIRT bundles although we have hardware in the collector that is impacted. However The existing alerts in the collector are being updated (revised status).
Is our collector broken or has something changed with the SNTC capability?
