SNTC page stuck in loop

the client is having SNTC looping when they enter to the SNTC portal to generate the Token for the CSCP.

Thank you. I have received the information in Private message and I have escalated this internally to manually sync it, due to bug https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwh03453 Wich is affecting the Automatic Sync.
As long as it get synced, I will let you know to verify it is Working fine.

If you are not using Mozilla Firefox, It will pop up Different errors including that one due to bug https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwh61855.
please Give it a try in Mozilla Firefox, preferable in incognito window, and let me know.

helo now im getting an error when we generate the Entitlement for th Collector:

what can be done on for this to work.

now we were able to generated the entitlement (private firefox windows) file but not download the file.

Weird thingy... It seems to work now... I am not sure why.
