Hi,
I see my customer have the access granded in CSAM and see in EF tool the SNTC acess is active.
However, customer cannot login to sntc portal. Could you please guide what's wrong?

Hello Claire,
I have updated the users SNTC access now. Can you please see if they are able to successfully login to the SNTC Portal?

Thank you very much.
I've asked my customer accordingly but have no response yet. However, i can see his CCOID from the portal>admin view so i guess it's working fine.
