I am unable to get proper access to the SNTC portal nor the Cisco Services Access Management portal. My goal is to look at the list of contacts associated with our SmartNet contract, and I believe the SNTC portal provides this information.
Here's the steps I take:
How do I access the Cisco Smartnet Total Care or Cisco Services Access Management portals? I am using the same Cisco ID for all actions; the delegated administrator user is the same user as my Cisco ID, so something is broken if I need to approve access for myself.

If this part goes smoothly, please assign yourself a customer user/admin role for SNTC portal before you try to login to SNTC portal. Please reach out to me with screenshot of error that you notice if any.
