SNTC portal access issue

My company's DA has assigned an account to have Customer Administrator access in CSAM, but the account is unable to login to SNTC Portal. When attempting login to the Portal it keeps asking the user to register. If they click to register it says it is already registered

Our agency is having the exact same issue...contacted TAC and they say "Smart Account" support is totally different and not supported by them. If you look at all options to open a case...there's no SNTC option.
