Hello,
I am unable to access the SNTC portal, I keep getting redirected to the registration page. When I try to register again, I receive a message: "It appears that you already have access to Smart Net Total Care Portal. You will be redirected in 10 secs."
Message from the letter: "You have been granted access to Cisco resources as Customer User for SNTC at ***** as of 27 Apr 2021 07:50:13 GMT."
How to fix the problem?
