SNTC portal Account verification issue

Hi Team,

I am unable to verify my account for SMTC portal registration.Its showing contract is not active and not associated with cisco account profile. Please help to verify account to register in SNTC portal.

  • Customer Name
  • Customer Email Address
  • Customer CCO ID
  • Contract Number

Hi Kapil,
Previous issue resolved. But now we are unable to collect EOX through API. we are getting error as developer inactive.
Please help to resolve the issue.
