Hello,
When we do a successful upload via the Collector as attached print screen, we are NOT able to see the serial numbers on the SNTC portal but if we do a manual upload, the serial number will appear on the sntc portal.

Hi User,
Please make sure that default SNTC collection profile has been run while uploading via collector. Please do confirm on that. If issue persist even after running default collection profile, please do update post.

Hi,
After successful run of default SNTC collection job, it can take upto 48 hr to see latest upload on SNTC portal. Could you please private message on inventory name and appliance id so I can check further?
