By realtime, do you mean that when new Security Advisories are released by Cisco, your results reflect immediately? If so, the answer is no. There is a delay between the release of the Security Advisory and the results being applied to your account. Usually it is within 24 hours. Keep in mind that not all PSIRTs are automated. Just Critical & High SIR ones and for the core products IOS, IOS-XE, IOS XR, ASA and NX-OS.
