I have an issue with SNTC Portal access. It redirects to the following page whenever I sign in the portal:
https://www.cisco.com/web/fw/tools/ssue/apps/ssueap2.0/prod/#/promo
Could someone help me with this? I need to download CSPC (version 2.4) entitlement because it showed me:
"Local entitlement file is not available. Apply new entitlement. The software does not have valid entitlement(license). Please select one of the following options."

Hi There! Can you retry accessing SNTC Portal in new browser window and let us know if you still run into issues?

It redirects a different SNTC portal.
background:
1. I can access SNTC portal of the company G without any issue.
2. Company N and Company G were merged.
3. I created a new CCO account with a Company N domain.
4. I got the permission of Company N's SNTC access
5. When I access Company N's SNTC with my N CCO -> redirect a certain cisco webpage -> posted issue
6. When I access Company N's SNTC with my N CCO -> redirect Company G SNTN portal now.
7. I checked Smart Services tab on my N CCO profile page. I could see both companies name G and N.
I should access and see both portals until I consolidate them.
