SNTC Portal Registration Issue - Oops! Something went wrong...

Dear SNTC Support Community,

I try to register myself on the SNTC Portal, to become DA. Afaik, nobody from our company has registered to SNTC Portal before, so I start registering via https://www.cisco.com/web/smartservices/sntc.html.

Going through the registration process, using my CCOID, one of our SNTC Contracts and a device, that is part of this contract. Verification of my account is working and on the next page I can select our company address, but then I get an error message:

"Oops! Something went wrong..."

Can you please guide me, on how I can solve this issue?

I have a customer attempting to register and getting the same issue.  Multiple browsers and even incognito, same result.
