SNTC Portal Registration Issue

Hello,

 

I've been granted access to the SNTC portal and received the email saying it can take up to 24 hours. its been more than 24 hours and when I attempt to log in the portal it says "You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection. You must be entitled to at least one Smart Services contract to request access". Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jose,

As discussed over the PM, after confirming the correct Party ID we provided a Manual sync for the user.
The customer is now visible on the SNTC portal.
