SNTC redirects to registration page

Hello,

When I try to log into services.cisco.com to access SNTC, it starts loading the page background (blue sky and clouds), but then redirects me to the registration page.

From other threads [0] [1] I've seen, a Cisco employee will ask for a private message with my information.

Am I on the right track?

Who can I work with on this?

Thank you!

Thank you.

This doesn't explain why I couldn't load the page in Mozilla Firefox normal and Private Mode windows (after trying Google Chrome and it not working).

At this point it is a mystery, but I can log in so I'm letting this go. Thank you.

hi mjbear,

can you tell me what browser you are using? also the credentials you put to access, and if possible a screenshot of the page you are being redirected to? you can DM me this information.

Hello @juanfsan

I've tried to log in via Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge including incognito/private browser sessions too.

Credentials is a broad ask, what specifically do you need?

Screenshot below from MS Edge.

Weird ... this forum made me post twice after throwing an "flood limit" error message up. Oh well.

Hi Michael,

I checked your access role, and you should be able to get into the portal without issues, I will need to join you on a meeting to see exactly what's going on. I sent you a DM with my schedule for next week, please do let me know when you are available.

Hello,

I have responded to your DM and hope to meet with you later this morning. Thank you!

I am having a similar issue. Are you able to assist.

It would seem that https://services.cisco.com loads properly for me now and no longer redirects me to the Registration page.

Seeing as I have coworkers with the same problem it would be handy to provide them with the resolution. Can Cisco provide one?

Thank you!

My colleague said that he's able to access SNTC via Mozilla Firefox.

This wasn't the experience I had previously (I was redirected in any browser regardless of Private/Incognito mode).

This is resolved, but the root cause is unknown. Thank you.

yes sir, the portal has compatibility issues with chromium based browsers, since Firefox is not chromium based portal works fine, so please de refrain from using the portal in said browser, it might not charge properly nor display information as it should.

Hi,

I have the same problem. I waited > 24h. I tried everything / Chrome (private), Firefox (private)

Best Regards,

Marcus

Hello Marcus,

In my case this redirection issue went away in about seven days.

If you recently registered then maybe give this a few days.

It's frustrating it doesn't just work.

I have this issue using all the browsers available. Edge, chrome, Mozilla.

@fmunene

Welcome to the club, haha.

I have no proof of this since things magically started working for me, but it is likely that you'll need Cisco's involvement to resolve.

If you have Enterprise SNTC support contract you'll want to put a case in for faster response. In my case I don't have an Enterprise SNTC support contract so this forum was my avenue to gain assistance.

Hope this helps.
