SNTC Report to get inventory with SW EoX dates

Hello Cisco Community, 

I’m still struggling to get this data. We are getting weekly reports from SNTC saying - 

Total Number of devices having Hardware EOX : 5665
Total Number of devices having Software EOX : 1139

The links go to homepage of services.cisco.com, without any specific information. LDoS and Custom Inventory reports are great to get HW LDoS dates. How can we get the lists of the devices with HW EoX and Software EoX dates?

Something very simple as Hostname, Model, OS Version, HW EoX Date, SW EoX Date
