Hello,
Our client registred to SNTC portal, and he do not have any kind of alert or report buttons.
All what he have is possibility to register new collector under correct section.
What kind of problem is it? On portal settings we see that this user have administration priviliges.
Client registred portal with the same account, on which we do not have full view of SNTC portal.

Did you have him download the CSPC Entitlement file from portal and install it in the collector?

Yes. We got properly connected service portal with Collector.
