Solarwinds NCM Connector and Cisco SmartAdvisor

We've been trying for several months now to get SolarWinds NCM Connector for Cisco SmartAdvisor talking to Cisco.  It looks the data upload from Solarwinds to Cisco is occurring, but is erroring out during the Cisco processing. 

On the Cisco Transaction page, I can see Reports Ready = Yes, but Status = Error

The error type states incomplete data and detail =DB Error

Does anyone have any experience getting the Solarwinds/Cisco interface running successfully and any tips you can share?

Can you please share with me details about the company you're uploading to.

In addition, please share any screenshots that you are seeing with the errors.

Can you please also share the data in the below folders as a zip file?, it contains some extra data that we can use to verify if there might be errors:
