Startup and Running Config are not available on SNTC portal

Hi!

 

Could you can help me with the correct troubleshooting to obtain the Startup Config and Running Config on SNTC portal please?

 

I have configured the correct SSH v2 User and password also enable password but the config is not available.

 

On Credencial section I order the SSH v2 credencial first and I configure some SNMP v3 credencials later.

Asked to run the collection profile once again on the account & check if the devices are still showing the startup & running configuration.

Hi,

 

I have been trying to make a new upload but the upload failed. On Job status section I detected that Discovery Job was complete and success but Miscellaneous job was failed.

 

Do you know why could have the upload failed?
