Support API access

Hello Team,

I'm a customer and need to be assigned as a DA for my company to permit Support API access. Can someone please PM or email me with steps on how I might go about gaining these permissions?  Service Access Management Portal, I am unable to register to become a DA and I need to be able to add users.
