Switch Module Installed in Chassis not recognized as standalone device in SNTC

In the CSPC we have SM-X-ES3D-48-P devices which are switch modules installed within a ISR4451-X/K9. Here, they are recognized as standalone devices which are being polled via SNMP (seeing hostname, IOS version, etc). When this data gets uploaded to the SNTC the switch modules are only seen as modules installed within the ISR4451-X/K9 so we're not seeing hostname information since they're recognized only as a module. Is there a way to see these in the SNTC as a module or see the hostname information?

The issue here is that the software installed on these modules doesn't get reported on as far as bugs, PSIRT advisories, etc.

You need to have the switch modules directly discovered and managed in CSPC and then inventory successfully collected for them.

These devices are individually discovered and inventoried by the CSPC.

Discovery and running the inventory collection profile are two separate things. Are you sure the collection profile was run to collect inventory? SNTC doesn't populate data from discovery results, just from collection results.
