We need to add an user in the Cisco Services Access Management as the original Delegated Admin has left the company.

I cannot contact support.cisco.com - they told me to log the case on this forum as per the SNTC article. Other people have had this resolved via this community so I am trying this format. Other people from this community have had CISCO private message them and it is resolved offline.
Cisco suggests each company assign at least one additional DA following completion of the onboarding process. Should the sole DA leave the company without assigning a replacement, post a new question to the Smart Net Total Care Support Community for assistance.
