I have a strange issue where a customer, when trying to access the SNTC Portal, is being given the Cisco SmartAdvisor portal? I'm unsure of what this means, but we cannot access the SNTC Portal on this customer's account despite having CSAM Access to do so, and the customer having CSAM authority as well as a DA.
Any guidance would be appreciated. This is the page we are on when we try to go to the services.cisco.com portal. Cache has been cleared, etc. and a different browser has been trialed and tried.
