Trouble Adding User After Role and Association is Confirmed

I have recently associated another user with the portal and have assigned appropriate roles. When the user tried to access the portal it asks him to register for access. Once the link is clicked, the system says "It seems you have access, redirecting" loads the screen to the portal for a second, then posts the following attached messages. IMAGE$6ACA3FCE79677B9D.jpg

Role propagation can take up to 24 hours.

How long has it been? If longer than 24 hrs, please share the CCO IDs of the users in question to investigate.

Figured it out, we just needed to be patient. Took a few hours for credentials to replicate.
