Hello,

The CSPC will require SNMP access to the devices to successfully discovery them. Can you please validate is port 161 is allowed between CSPC and the ASA devices? We will also want to verify any ACLs configured on the device and SNMP credentials are correct.

One way to do a validation test between the CSPC and Device is by logging into the CLI User as "root" and running a manual SNMPWalk command to see the output.

snmpwalk -v 2c -c Community DeviceIPAddress .1.3.6.1.2.1.47.1.1.1.1.11

.1.3.6.1.2.1.47.1.1.1.1.11 Above is just a reference to ENTITY-MIB - Serial Number.

Thank you,

Jarrett
