Trouble logging in SNTC Portal

Hello Support!

 

Please Help to get access to SNTC portal. Access was provided by our customer - Reg***.

My CCO is registered in Portal and Access was granted by the customer since 1/3/18.

REG***

Party ID: 406***
Party DA: llh***

 

My CCO is ngo***, we are Cisco Partner and Party DA above is trying to grant me CBR access.

Attached is the screen that I get when I'm trying to login the Portal.

Dear Nataliya,

 

Can you please request the DA to reassign you a CBRAdmin Role and leave both the “Start Date” and “End Date” fields blank this time?

 

There seems to be a known issue with CSAM role assignment feature when a specific future start/end date is selected. As a workaround, you can leave the “Start Date” and “End Date” fields blank.

 

Please give this a try and we can then verify your SNTC portal access.
