My customer was told this by the SNTC on boarding team:
Regarding the issue you are experiencing in viewing contract data in the portal. This issue is not affecting all users, but when it does, it does not complete the entitlement validation needed for you to give you the right permissions to view contract data. A bug has been identified and you can track its progress here:https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCuz31342.
Do they need to go to this link and install the bug fix?
