Hello,
Prior to January 1st, I was able to login to the Smartnet Total Care Portal. I tried today, and I get the following error:
Sorry, the service CAEntitlement:SSUE:Services:SNTC is not available to you.
My Smartnet contracts are not expired. The URL I am going to is https://tools.cisco.com/smartservices/NextGen/#/CAEntitlement:SSUE:Services:SNTC
Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Mike,
We had an outage this morning and the issue is resolved now. Can you kindly clear your browser cache and try to login in again using the same URL https://tools.cisco.com/smartservices/
