Unable to access Smart Net Total Care Portal after access is granted

Even after getting access by the administrator, I am reverted back to earlier page with account setup instruction. When I try to register, it notifies

It appears that you already have access to Smart Net Total Care Portal. You will be redirected in 10 secs.
-----------
Then it goes back to old page with account setup instructions.

My name is Agrim Kher and I will be handling your request.

Please PM me the following details so that we can proceed further on the issue: 

  • Company name
  • Company party ID
  • Customer name
  • Customer email address
  • Customer CCO ID
  • Contract number 

Also, please share the screenshot of the error .
