Hello,
I'm trying to access my SmartNet Licensing Portal. Someone w/ access added me > 24 hours ago and I received the confirmation email, but still not working.
I believe he's following up with his Cisco contacts, but according to the error page this is where I'm supposed to post the issue, so doing so.
Please advise, thanks!
