Unable to Access SNTC Portal after register

Hi

I had register mmy customer and associate SN and Contract Number in the Smart Net Total Care Portal for registration. and he is still unable to access the portal.

Based on the description, it seems that you have granted access to your customer to the SNTC portal, but they are currently unable to access it. If so, please provide the following information in a private message so I can check further:

Contract associated:

CCOID affected:
