I was approved for access last Friday 4/3 but still get the "You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection" page when trying to access.

I can access the portal now, but am not able to upload an inventory. The customer field is blank when trying to upload, and I do not have options available in the left pane - only the Getting Started link.

Could you please share screenshot via private message so I can understand issue better?
As of now, i can see successful file import for given account.
I can see that certificate has been generated as well.
