Hi, I´m unable to access the SNTC portal despite admin role has been assigned. After logging in still the Get Access to Smart Services Connection Now page is beeing displayed. Please can you help with this!

Hello ,
Following is the resolution for this post-
Verified all the details over the PM, the Customer is already CA.
Pushed a Manual Sync for the user.
The user is now visible on the SNTC portal.
