Unable to access SNTC portal

Hi,

My administrator has granted my access to the SNTC portal, but I am always redirected to the registration page and it claims I am not entitled to access the SNTC portal. I have cleared my browser cache, and even tried using a different browser to see if that would make a difference and it has not. It looks like other members of this forum have posted similar issues, could one of you help me?
