Unable to access SNTC Portal

Hi Team,

 

I had submitted a request to gain access to the SNTC portal couple of days back and I received the confirmation from the admin/DA that he has approved my request. However, I am still not able to access the portal. I keep getting redirected to the attached page. Could you please assist on this ?

Hi Simranjit,

 

I checked that your user id is not associated with any company. Please reach back to DA and request to follow video which helps how to associate role for user.

 

Please request DA to look for 'Administration' section of video (Specifically look for, User-company association and Assigning roles section)
