Unable to Access SNTC Portal

When I try at access the SNTC portal thru Firefox or Edge, it takes me to the page momentarily and then loops me back to the registration page. I have had my account approved since MAR 15th. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Brent,

I hope you are doing well.

Thanks for the information provided. I reviewed it and noticed that you were granted the Customer User role yesterday.
It usually takes 24 to 48 hours to gain access to the SNTC portal.

I want to mention that there is a bug affecting the CSAM data to be synchronized to the SNTC portal. I will request that the recent changes be manually synchronized in the backend.

I will monitor and let you know as soon as the changes are synchronized, so you can verify your access to the SNTC portal again.

I reviewed and found your user showing up as a customer user on the USDA ORDER's SNTC portal.
