Unable to find valid certification path upgrading to 2.7.4

I was attempting to upgrade from 2.7.3 to 2.7.4 and clicking the Install Now button would not do anything.

after a long time I received an error "Unable to find valid certification path".

I attempted re-entering credentials, but now that doesn't even work.

Checked firewall blocks, that is clean and clear. what can I do to assist getting a resolution?

Hello,

You may try to re-apply the patch process and see if this helps to resolve your issues.  The steps to stop the old patch can be found in our 2.7.3.2 release notes here.  If you still see the error in the UI, you can try using the admin CLI username to issue the upgrade process.
