Unable to Generate CSPC Entitlement via SNTC Portal

I am attempting to configure a new Smartnet Collector. I'm at the point of where I need to "Provide Service Certificate from the service portal you plan to use this collector with" When navigating to the Smart Net Total Care portal and then to All Collectors>Actions>Generate a new CSP-C entitlement I am getting a blank page.

To anyone who finds this thread searching for an answer, I found a resolution. I used Firefox in private mode to get the Generate a new CSP-C entitlement page to work. Hope this helps someone!

This resolved the issue for me as well.  Don't know why certain parts of the SNTC portal doesn't work well in Chrome or Edge, but using the site in Firefox in a Private Window fixed this issue as well as another UI issue on the site.  Thank you!
