Unable to log in to CLI as admin (collectorplugin and root are disabled)

I am trying to troubleshoot an issue described at https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/12927451/unable-login-cli-cspc The inventory upload is failing and I want to confirm all Cisco servers are accessible and entered in the hosts file. When I try to log in to CLI as "admin", it shows the banner page, java error, and then comes back to the login. I did not create collectorlogin and root accounts during the initial configuration. Is there any way to enable these two accounts now (from web console, for example) or fix the problem with the admin account w/o CLI access? Thank you.

There is not. Please re-deploy the OVA. You can follow the steps listed here:
